The United Way of Delaware County has announced a new leader, starting January 5, Brandon Feller, the executive director for the Delaware County Chapter of the American Red Cross, will become the new president.
United Way of Delaware County's major benefactor, John H. McConnell, bestowed the organization with the largest contribution ever received from an individual.
